What material do we use for stairs production?

All our stairs are made of spruce wood. The wood comes from the Polish State Forests and is PEFC certified.
Unfortunately, we do not make stairs from other types of wood.

How to place an order?

To order stairs, first of all you need to measure the place where the stairs are going to be placed. If, after taking the measurements, the basic configuration on our website is suitable, you can make a purchase directly on the website.
If you need an individual quote or simply verify parameters, please provide your dimensions and contact us directly. We will help!

How long is the waiting period?

Standard delivery time is approximately 3-5 weeks. The current order completion date is provided in the product description or offer. We always try to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

What are the payment methods and delivery options?

Delivery costs and the type of transport are always determined individually depending on the type of order and the destination.

Are the stairs certified and meet the standards?

The wood from which we produce stairs is PEFC certified.

At present, our stairs have a ‘National Technical Assessment’ (KOT) and a ‘National Declaration of Performance’ (KDWU) in accordance with Polish regulations.

In terms of production, we have implemented a Factory Production Control protocol.

Whether stairs meet the standards depends on their parameters. If you need to order stairs that meet the applicable building law requirements, please let us know when submitting your inquiry.

How and what to use when painting stairs?

We recommend using so-called "hard" varnishes for stairs, floors, and parquets. From well-known brands: Altax, HartzLack, Domalux, V33. More specialized varnishes, depending on the type of wood, type of coating, etc., can be obtained at a wholesaler/paint and varnish store.
We recommend applying 3 coats of varnish.
Painting can be done with a roller or brush.

What exactly will I receive when ordering stairs?

The contents of your order vary depending on what exactly was ordered. By default, these are:
stairs elements
a set of dowels and screws to assemble all the elements together
assembly instructions

Do I need to buy anything extra to install the stairs?

To fully complete the installation, you must purchase separately:
- wood glue (e.g. Wikol)
- assembly elements for ceilings, walls and floors, i.e. angle brackets, anchors, screws, etc.
- varnish

Oh no! Something's not right, what should I do?

If any problems arise during assembly, please contact us first. Explain the issue so we can determine whether there are any issues. We'll also help you clarify any concerns if you're unsure about a specific step.

If a mistake was made during production or the item is defective, it will be replaced with a new one, free of charge, as part of the complaint.
Do not attempt repairs yourself without consulting us! Complaints about stairs that were submitted despite the defect having been previously detected will not be accepted!

I need an additional balustrade, can I order one?

Of course! Specify the exact location of the balustrade relative to the stairs or opening, and we'll prepare a quote. You can also order pre-cut sections available on the other components page.

Is it possible to see your stairs somewhere?

We currently have several exhibitions that can be seen in our office (Poland, 32-551 Jankowice).
We also sell selected models in the Castorama stores in Poland. Most stores have smaller or larger displays of stairs on shelves or special displays.

A photo gallery of finished, finished and installed stairs for our clients can be found on the website: (PHOTO GALLERY)
